The Good Men Project
"Men write about the big turning points in their lives as well as how they navigate the day-to-day pressures of marriage, parenthood, and careers."

Accompanying The Good Men Project: Real Stories from the Front Lines of Modern Manhood book is a feature-length documentary of the same title directed and produced by renowned filmmaker Matthew Gannon. The film is an emotionally charged and sometimes humorous look at how men are redefining their place in the world. It exposes the unique and evolving challenges that men face as fathers, husbands, sons, and workers in the twenty-first century. The film mixes riveting footage and breathtaking photography with candid interviews of ten disparate men sharing their lives’ defining experiences. Proceeds from sales of the book and the DVD of the film will benefit The Good Men Foundation, a not-for-profit 501(3)(c) corporation supporting organizations that provide educational, social, financial, or legal support to men and boys at risk.
